Please fill in your order's details in the form below. As all our prices on the web site do not include shipping costs yet, the order process will be as follows:

• You simply fill in the order form below and click on 'Submit' - it will be sent to us.
  
  
• We will then calculate shipping prices and confirm the total order amount including shipping costs by e-mail to you, together with the link for our secure online payment form page for VISA, MasterCard or American Express Card (real-time credit card authorization and charging).
  
  
• After you have filled in that secure online payment form, your card will be charged and we will process your order.
  
  
• Refund policy: In case that the customer receives goods that are faulty due to a mistake of ramthai.com (for example faultily tailored dresses or goods which were sent in damaged condition due to a fault by ramthai.com) ramthai.com will refund the faulty item's purchase price to the customer or will agree to have the dress sent back to ramthai.com for a one-time modification. PLEASE NOTE, THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ANY SHIPPING COSTS CHARGED BY RAMTHAI.COM WILL BE REFUNDED.
  
  Claims for refunds or return of ordered items have to be reported by the customer to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the ordered items by the customer. Any claims reported after this period cannot be accepted.
   
• "Force Majeure" clause: Ramthai.com (Visual Web Co., Ltd.) will NOT accept any responsibility for any delivery delays, damages or losses of ordered items, or associated costs and expenses which are caused as either results of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), policitcal problems, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or any communication services.
